Standard Shipping:

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days and are shipped from St. Louis, MO. Please be aware of your time zone when placing your order, as it could affect when the order is processed. For example, an order placed on a Monday at 11 PM Pacific Time would show in our system as 1 AM Central Time on Tuesday, and therefore would ship Wednesday at the earliest.

The first day of transit time is the day after the package is shipped. For instance, if an order is placed on a Monday with a 3 business day transit time, it is shipped Tuesday, and the first day of transit counts as Wednesday. In this example, the order would deliver Friday.

All domestic orders to the continental U.S. over $49.95 qualify for our free shipping option.

We ship residential orders using FedEx Home Delivery and business orders using FedEx Ground. Both FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground are 1 to 5 business day services from the day the order is shipped, depending on where you live in the country.

Please also keep in mind that if you place an order on a Friday, your shipment will not be processed until Monday and shipped out as soon as processing is completed. Online orders are always processed on the following business day.

International Shipping:

Orders placed outside the continental U.S. may be subject to additional shipping restrictions, transit time variations, customs charges, duties, or fees. If you are based in Canada, please contact us for a custom order quote.

Please note that Giani does not have any control over customs charges or fees and is not aware of those costs in advance. The customer is responsible for paying any additional customs charges, duties, or fees that may apply. The customer may also be responsible for picking up the order from the customs office if necessary.

Because customs processing can delay delivery, transit times for international orders will vary and may be extended. Once an order leaves the U.S., Giani is not notified of delays caused by customs.
