Giani Return & Exchange Policy:

If you have an unused kit or materials that you would like to return, please contact Giani, Inc. within 30 days of receipt of the product, based on the delivery date shown on the carrier’s website, for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling.

In lieu of a refund, you may choose to a new kit of the same value. Simply contact us at 800-650-5699 (We are NOT Giani Eyelash or Giani Bernini) or email us at info@gianigranite.com for the exchange. 

If you purchased your Giani products from a retail store or an online marketplace other than gianigranite.com, please return the materials to the place of purchase.
